Quick Form® Random Sheet is a stampable sheet based on Toyobo's innovative manufacturing technology, achieving both the mechanical properties and the molding performance simultaneously.
Composition
Special polypropylene (PP) : 26 wt%,
Glass long fiber (GF) : 74 wt%.
Glass fibers are evenly distributed while their content is raised to an unprecedentedly high level by our unique manufacturing technology.
The mechanical properties are far superior to those products by injection molding, thermosetting FRP and conventional stampable sheet.
