Hanwha Total TB71S

Manufactured using high crystalline PP, Compound PP TB71S offers  superior flexural modulus, surface hardness and tensile strength.  It is also effectively used to reduce weights in manufactured product.  

▶ Superior mechanical properties   - Development of PP for use on thin-walled end-product;   - Lightening weight of product;   - Talc 20wt%-grade substitution;   - Reduces specific gravity.  

Main applications include cooling fans, blower fans and cover cowl tops.  The products feature low specific gravity and, when used in fans, the  centrifugal force distortion is reduced while maintaining superb  environmental characteristics.

Applications

Cooling fans, blower-fans, cover-cowl tops, pillars and trim:   

▶ Heat- and light-resistance   - Prevents deformation and discoloration of automobile parts caused by  heat in enclosed spaces, and the ultraviolet rays of summer.   

▶ Anti-static characteristics   - Prevents the static electricity that affects automobile electronic systems. 

▶ Superior processability and scratch-resistance   - Superior processability enhances product finish, while the hig crystalline  PP offers excellent scratch-resistance. These products are suitable for a  variety of interior/exterior parts materials.
