Glass fiber-reinforced amorphous polyamide with high rigidity and low shrinkage and warpage
TROGAMID® T-GF35 is reinforced with 35% glass fibers and based on TROGAMID® T5000 for injection molding of rigid, low distortion moldings.
TROGAMID® T-GF35 can be mixed with TROGAMID® T5000 at any ratio and can be mixed therefore allows the manufacturing of moldings with a lower glass fiber content. The glass fiber content can be adjusted to the property level required for your special applications.
Compared to TROGAMID® T5000 the glass fiber-reinforced TROGAMID® T-GF35 shows an even better mechanical strength and rigidity. In contrast to glass fiber-reinforced PA 6 or PA 66 the properties of TROGAMID® T-GF35 are virtually unaffected by water absorption.
Depending on the glass fiber content and the wall thickness of the molding translucent parts can be produced. TROGAMID® T-GF35 is supplied as cylindrical pellets in moisture-proof packaging, ready for processing.
